SellAndRentBackHouse.com was established in 2007 by Houses For Cash Limited to cater for the growing number of UK home owners needing to sell their homes and rent them back allowing them to benefit from the equity in their properties whilst not having to move out of their home by remaining as tenants.

Our company has been established specifically to be completely transparent: we do not enter into arrangements with anyone that are not mutually beneficial.
