A. Typically you can stay for as long as you like and we are the only company to offer a 3 year rolling tenancy agreement with a FREE buy back option. No guarantees can be given to remain indefinitely.

Q. How much will you pay for my property?
A. This is dependant on many factors including: geographical location and the condition of the property, but we generally pay between 80-90% of surveyors valuation.
Q. How much rent will I have to pay?
A. We will generally charge the market rate for your area and we will only charge rent that is affordable to you.
Q. What fees do you charge?
A. There are no fees to pay if we buy your property and no hidden fees later on down the line. We cover the solicitor and surveyor fees.
Q. How fast will I get my money?
A. Your solicitor will transfer the funds as soon as the property has completed.
Q. Do you rent back to housing benefit tenants?
A Yes, as long as the housing benefit department in your area is happy to do so.
Q. Will the sale remain confidential?
A. Yes, we do not put a sold sign up and so your neighbours will be none the wiser.
